CCCA Waiver Forms

Please download a copy of each of the form and print it. Form should be filled and signed by an adult who is parent or leagal guardian of the child. Submit the signed copies of the waiver forms to the coaches.

ORANGE FLARES DOMINATE WITH NAVY BLUE

The CCCA is absolutely thrilled to announce another monumental achievement in the USA Cricket North Atlantic Zone!

The journey began with an impressive thirteen CCCA players earning their spots in the highly competitive U15, U13 and U11 zonal tryouts, a testament to the depth of talent nurtured at our academy: Abhiraam Togapur, Achyut Balasubramoni, Akshaj Bodla, Dhruv Gupta, Harshvardhan Mohite, Kaira Uttam, Krithik Prasath, Luv Eshwar Garnepudi, Neil Pujari, Rishi Chigurupati, Rishik Allagadda, Shaan Vikram Kumar, and Sresht Venkataraman.
