We, here in the academy, promote building character of each and every individual on how to plan, acquire skills and execute those skills to perfection are some of the steps to success. 

Academy promotes four key values such as Attitude, Technique, Temperament and Aggression. We build positive attitude in everyone with focus on technique, temperament and aggression. Positive attitude brings forward important aspects like smart working, focus and commitment. We encourage smart working instead of hard working. Positive attitude teaches how to handle difficult situations and preserve calmness when needed. To achieve great heights, one needs to learn all values with very solid plan that goes with it. 

In our academy, we keep track of each and every individual player. We have plan for everyone and track their progress. Coaches give the players short term and long term goals. We encourage players to track their own progress. We also make learning fun to develop skills using interactive sessions. All academy coaches have specific roles and focus on specialized skills and training. Individuals feel comfortable coming forward and discussing ways to improve. Coaches maintain high level of engagement and trust within academy. We believe in quality and not quantity at our academy. Academy believes in principle of 'PLAYERS FIRST'. We produce leaders in academy which help them manage personal and professional situations. Academy promotes cricket at very reasonable cost. We want the sport of cricket to grow in USA and with this motive we think it should be affordable to all.
